First, we will start with a concept such as:

Once we have an understanding of what you are looking to achieve from your inflatable, our Design Department will move forward with drawings and a full color 3D rendering for your review and critique.

When the color rendering has been approved we will then move to the sculpting phase and create a digital sculpture of the inflatable. Digital sculptures will go under review by our leadership team along with the design and engineering staff, and our client.

If you plan to inflate an exact replica of your product, we also have a 3D scanner we can use to import it into our 3D software and create patterns the same way we would from a digital sculpture.

Next, the 3D model enters the engineering phase. The designers first plot where to insert internal walls so the inflatable will keep it's shape. Then convert the sculpture into layflat patterns using 3D software. After that they design the pattern sheet layout which gives the sewers direction.

Once the patterns are layed out we will use provided art or our in-house artist will create it for you and clip it to the patterns.

After it is
sewn and inflated,
the end product is a sight to behold.
