Once we have an understanding of what you are
looking to achieve from your inflatable, our Design
Department will move forward with drawings and a full color 3D rendering for your review and critique.

Once the 3D rendering has been confirmed we will then move to the sculpting phase and create typically a 12” to 18” clay sculpture of the inflatable. Clay sculptures will go under review by our leadership team along with the design/engineering staff, and our client.

After all of the involved parties have agreed on the clay sculpture our design team will prep the sculpture by applying white registration marks over the entire sculpture. By doing this, our 3D digital scanner will be able to recognize the shape in its entirety.

Inflatable Images design staff will then manipulate that information and construct the inflatable in our 3D software.

From there, the project will move to our “state of the art” digital print center and print out all of the artwork. Our 70,000 square foot facility houses 2 Autometrix automated cutting tables, along with a sewing staff of over 45 employees.
