Standard AirLite Product Return Policy & 90-Day Limited Warranty*

Scherba Industries, Inc. warrants to its customers that the AirLite sold by Scherba Industries, Inc., doing business as Inflatable Images, are free from any substantial defects in materials and workmanship and that for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt, any substantial defects in materials or workmanship that become evident will be repaired or replaced by Scherba Industries, Inc. provided that the AirLite is used in accordance with the currently published instructions outlining proper installation, maintenance, cleaning, storage and repair procedures, and providing that the AirLite is used only for their intended use.

Any claim for warranty repair or replacement must be made promptly in writing. State the details of the claim, the date the defect was first observed, and include proof of purchase.  In the event of any notice of defects, Scherba Industries, Inc. will provide for the repair or replacement of the AirLite within the guidelines set by this warranty.

Within the 90-Day period, Scherba Industries, Inc. will provide for the replacement of any AirLite that exhibits air leakage due to a defect in the manufacturing and/or materials incorporated in the unit.  If defects in manufacturing or materials are identified after the initial 90-Day period, no warranty shall be expressed or implied. An AirLite that has been damaged due to customer neglect shall not be covered under this warranty.

AirLite inflation fans shall be covered under the 90-Day warranty provided they are used in accordance with the currently published instructions outlining proper usage.  AirLite inflation fans that have been damaged due to customer neglect shall not be covered under this warranty.  No warranty shall be expressed or implied for damage to AirLite inflation fans that has been identified outside of the initial 90-Days.  Under these circumstances, replacement inflation fans must be purchased by the customer at published pricing.

No other warranty, expressed or implied, is given with respect to the Products covered under this warranty.
