Freight is FOB Factory Brunswick,Ohio.
$15.00 per unit freight charge applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous United States only. For freight costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and international locations in addition to any order for five (5) or more units, please call for a freight quote.
Payment Options: Payment in advance;by credit card (MC/V). If credit card, provide your card number, security code,expiration date and name on card.
Depending on final order quantity,orders would be scheduled for fulfillment mid spring 2012.
Orders will be shipped in the order that they were received.
FedEx and UPS are our primary service for shipping orders. Please provide full correct contact information for your orders. Upon request we will ship using your 3rdparty provider. We do not ship to PO Box #’s.
This is a one-time only promotion to over 90,000 agents worldwide.
Popeye 2012 Promotion - Ship and Order Policy
· Orders will be accepted between distribution of this communication and January 13th, 2012.
· Orders will be shipped in the order that they were received.
· Installations are planned to commence at the end of February to have the inflatable on display for March and April. Product will be delivered by installer on date of installation.
o All restaurants will receive professional installation as part of the purchase price, self-installation will not be permitted (unless we are shipping internationally)
o All installs will be handled by the vendor who will reach out to participating restaurants 24-48 hours prior to the installation to schedule.
o Restaurants will be responsible for removing the inflatable at the end of the promotion. Instructions and handling procedures will be included.
· Payment Options: Payment in advance by Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa only). Please be sure to provided card number, security code, expiration date and name on card.
· Freight Costs are included in the cost of the inflatable. For freight costs to Alaska, Hawaii,Canada, Mexico and other international locations, please call 1-800-753-8717 x154 for a freight quote before placing an order. International orders are not responsible for the $250.00 installation cost.
· Each inflatable will include a blower that will be left on site in case there is any maintenance required and to help keep the item looking great.
· A toll-free service number will be set up to handle any issues arising either due to installation, manufacturing, acts of nature or for any other reason that may arise.
