AHOY! “Tugboat Mickey” waved to all who passed Macy’s front doors at their annual 2009 Thanksgiving Day Parade. Inflatable Images was commissioned by the Macy’s Day Parade committee to recreate a Disney classic into a larger than life 23’ x 16’ x 20’ inflatable. With our state of the art design tools and manufacturing plant we were able to replicate the Disney icon’s notorious features and capture the true spirit of Mickey Mouse. Inflatable Images has worked with Macy’s for many years developing the likes of Horton from Dr. Seuss, Garfield, M & M’s, Shrek, Grover from Sesame Street, a Smurf house and traditional Macy’s corporate stars. Next time you watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade pay attention; your favorite float might just be one of ours!
